Every year our team at 208.properties works diligently with our preferred vendors to find ways to better serve our clients. We are dedicated to making sure our properties have wonderful landscaping for residents to enjoy. Our landscaping services adds value to your property while spreading out the costs over a longer period of time for our clients.

The lawn care package will be conveniently charged monthly starting in March 2025 and ending in March 2026. This extended period and simplified billing reduces the costs over the peak months while spreading it out evenly over a fiscal year. Our service also provides up to 35 weeks of service versus the industry norm of 29-32 weeks of services.

Weekly Mowing
Weekly Edging
Removal and disposal of grass clippings weekly
Fall Clean up (if season ends at 30 weeks)
Sprinkler Turn Ons
Sprinkler Turn Offs
2 Fertilizer Treatments
Spot Weed Treatment as needed

Pricing for Lawn care Package

Up to 5,000 sqft - $145.00

5,001 - 10,000 sqft - $160.00

10,001+ will need individual quotes worked up
