Our Refer a Resident Program offers current tenants an easy way to earn extra money by referring friends, family, or coworkers to become tenants in one of our properties. It’s a win-win: help someone you know find their perfect home while earning some extra cash for yourself!
How It Works:
Refer a Friend: Know someone looking for a new place to rent? Whether it's a friend, family member, or coworker, if they’re approved to lease a property with us, you’ll earn a referral fee. Simply submit their name and contact information to our leasing office via our referral form below, and let them know about the opportunity.
They Sign a Lease: After your referral’s rental application is approved and they sign a lease with 208.properties, we’ll let you know that your referral is successful.
Get Paid: Once your referral moves in, you’ll receive a referral bonus of 10% of the first month’s rent as a thank-you for helping us add wonderful resident to our community.

Referral Requirements:
Send your referral information to us via the form below
Your referral must list you as the source of their referral during their application process.
The referred tenant must sign a lease and complete at least one full month of occupancy.
The property must be managed by 208.properties and the lease agreement must be for a minimum of 12 months.
The referral bonus will be paid within 30 days after your referral has moved in and met the eligibility criteria.
Who is Eligible:
Current Resident: You must be in good standing with 208.properties to be eligible for the referral program.
Referred Tenants: The person you refer must not be a current tenant or in the application process with us at the time of your referral submission.
How to Get Started:

Tell Your Friend to Apply: Let your referral know about their potential new home and encourage them to apply and add your name to thier application!
Enjoy Your Bonus: Once they’re approved, signed, and moved in, you’ll receive your referral bonus.
Terms & Conditions:
Referral payments will be processed after your referral moves in and completes at least one full month of their lease. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer, so you can earn as many bonuses as you have successful referrals. Referrals cannot be retroactively applied, so be sure to submit your referral before your friend starts the leasing process. Referral payments are subject to applicable taxes.
