As you prepare to move out of your rental, it is important to be proactive and prepared. When you are preparing to move out, please give us ample notice thirty (30) days or more before the next rent paying period by submitting your (30) day notice via your tenant portal or below.
Once we receive your (30) day notice, you will receive our 208.properties Tenant Move-Out Packet. This packet will help you organize the moving process, provide checklists and help you maximize your security deposit. You will need the packet to schedule the actual move out date and supply forwarding information.
